To whom it may concern

Please ensure that cash payments are acceptable in ALL businesses in the Island.

Phasing out cash will discriminate the financially vulnerable members of the community who may not have a bank account, who may use cash as a means to keep track of their spending.

The CBDC may soon be programmable money' which can be switched on or off. This has already been demonstrated in Canada where people democratically gathered to protest against tyranny by their government, had their bank accounts blocked.

We must never let this happen. Cash must ALWAYS be legal tender. People must ALWAYS have a choice as to how they use their hard earned money.

Kind regards, Hedi Green
