Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

Land transaction –

The Minister accepted the recommendation of the Minister for Housing (MD-H-2009- 0021), for the Public of the Island to lease out:

60 Les Cinq Chênes, Princess Tower Road, St. Saviour for a period of 5 years with effect from 1st January 2009 at a rental of £12,147.72 per annum, together with service charges totalling £1,184.04 per annum plus GST.

Westley Lodge and Westley Cottage, La Rue de Masurier, St. Saviour for a period of 5 years with effect from 1st January 2009 at a rental of £22,781.72 per annum together with services charges totalling £538.72 per annum plus GST.

The Minister hereby authorises the Director of Property Holdings to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
