ANSWER TO BE TABLED ON TUESDAY 22nd JUNE 2004 Question

Would the President advise members –

(a ) w hen the tidal ball, at the entrance to Elizabeth Marina, will be operational? (b ) w hy the tidal ball has failed regularly since it was installed? and,

(c ) t he cost of repairs to date, including the estimated cost for the current repairs? Answer

The Deputy 's question has been forwarded to the Honorary Secretary of the Jersey Sculpture Trust which has ownership and responsibility for the sculpture referred to. When a reply is received a copy will be passed to the Deputy .
