Question

Would the Minister agreed to publish the advice he received from the JCRA over the subsidy to BMI for the Heathrow link?

Answer

The Minister is not in a position to publish the JCRA advice as it contains commercially sensitive information. However, following consultation with the JCRA I am content to supply Scrutiny with an executive summary on the standard confidential basis.
