Question

Will the Minister advise the Assembly –

how he defines enhancement' in relation to contracts of employment for public sector staff;
what enhancements' or other payments were made to the Airport Operations Director who recently left States employment approximately 6 months before the end of her contract?

Answer

It is for the States Employment Board to define contractual terminology.
I cannot comment on an individual's contractual arrangements. I can say, however, that there was no incremental cost to the airport or taxpayer due to the departure of the Airport Operations Director.
