When, during this political term, did the Minister officially make the formal decision to rule out pursuing a dual-site for the new hospital and will the Minister publish the grounds on which this decision was made?

At meetings of the Ministerial Oversight Group in April and May 2015 it became apparent that following consideration of the Gleeds site options appraisal, the dual site for the new hospital was not as financially beneficial as first thought and would take more than ten years to deliver.
