Question

"Will the Minister state –

  1. the number of consultants, foundation stage and staff-grade doctors, associate specialists and clinical fellows who are currently employed by his department on locum, bank, or agency contracts;
  2. the percentage that each category identified makes up of all staff; and
  3. whether, in order to address the issue of temporary staff, there have been any changes in policy in the last 5 years in relation to the types of employment contract issued to staff?"
