1. Response to Overdale Report by Minister of Health and Social Services and protocol on Executive responses to scrutiny reports.
The Committee approved a draft letter to the Chief Minister which outlined concerns about the tenor of Executive responses to scrutiny reports. The letter also requested that the Council of Ministers considers some proposed amendments to the protocol for Executive responses to scrutiny reports for inclusion in that protocol.
