The added police presence at jerseylive was completely unnecessary and the added cost to the tickets could have compromised the success of the festival. Surely you must realise that an event such as this, which is attracting people to visit Jersey, needs support and not over enthusiastic policing, which was present at this years event. I hope this and other similar letters casue the desired effect and persuade you to stop risking undoing all the great work the festival has done for the island.
