WHY can 't the hospital be built UP why is all that money being spent to buy two hotels so the hospital can go outwards. CHatting to my GP yesterday she said that the hospital in GLASGOW with 2000 beds cost HALF the proposed cost of Jersey. How can they do it but we can't BARBARA PERCHARD
