To whom it may concern,
We think the tests would be a good idea, this would get rid of a lot of the un-roadworthy cars we currently have on the roads. We think the work should be outsourced to local garages. We would need to know what testing would be required before knowing the costs involved to purchase the equipment needed to complete the tests. It would be good if the states could fund the new equipment required (instead of spending millions of pounds to get a new purpose build centre) thus helping the local garages and saving money.
This is just a quick email as we were not asked in the first instance, but would like to be involved in the process. I see from the letter you sent to the other garage the closing date is today for reply's.
