COMMENTS
The Council of Ministers recommend the States reject this amendment to amendment 31.
The Council of Ministers have lodged their own amendment which commits to having resources available for the development of policy mechanisms to address empty residential properties, should it be required without the need to ring-fence any funding from within the Cabinet Office.
Members are therefore asked to support the Council of Ministers' amendment.
